How do u do the blue blur thing on the wrestlemania xx poster? Duplicate the layer, or whatever u want to put it behind, and go to Blur > Radial Blur. Tick the 'Zoom' circle, and set it to 60-90. I aint good at explaining stuff, so you might not understand.

Yeh, tis a tricky little bugger to pull off... If it's a similiar effect to the actual mania one u want, then the colours of the original image will need to be such that when blurred, they produce those kinds of ray colours... if u get me? But i think i can help u there, cos i noticed there's the exact same effect on the Smackdown:HCTP cover, and its surrounding the Smackdown logo... it looks identical, just rotated on its side, so it wudn't suprise me if they did the same for Mania, using the actual Smackdown logo rather than the Mania XX one... Am i even making sense, lol

Well I created one fresh for my mania cover.
All I got was a sample background I had made then used a radial blur to 'spin' then once the colours were spun around used a radial 'zoom' blur.

It's good to play around with the colour balance to get vibrant colours once you have done the blur.
