I dunno about the Tag Titles... you see, it would be a good idea to have them, but you could get people who are not so much as an amateur at graphics challenging them for them.
I think the Tag Titles should be brought back, but also Buckdawg's idea of a "bronze" title. The name of the title that springs to mind is the European Title.

Just have an RoH style ranking system. Then on PPV's you can have battles in the ranking system
VCF Championship
CHAMPION:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.
and then have 2nd and third fight on one PPV for the number 1's contendership for the next and etc in order to move up the table.
This can be adopted for both belts
